When color heats up in Puerto Vallarta

Talk about color heating up your senses! I was lucky enough to have been invited by a great friend to stay at Real del Mar,
north of Puerto Vallarta. This is where Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo were unlucky enough to have been photographed during an uncontrollable outdoor love-fest in their private villa pool next door to us. Who can blame them!
Take a popular honeymoon destination, amazing sunsets, outrageous sun, steamy blue ocean air, (maybe a little tequila) and VOILA’, you end up with colorful tales to tell from a place
where color seems to spill out of unexpected places!
(like the paparazzi)

The shape and color of nature is expressed through out architecture, tile, paint, you name it.

What I found most fascinating was the way the concrete was stained in beautiful oranges and blues. Colors so deep and rich that can make green landscapes pop with flavor.

Here is a patio in the Northwest that took inspiration from stained concrete. I thought you might enjoy the transformation on a variation from this inspiration! It is a custom color I came up with. From this creative endevor, I think I want to do a line of concrete stains next! Think of the before and after possibilities for your yard.

The deck and concrete were stained in coordinating colors. Concrete stains, like a deck, can be customized for even more possibilities.
